Temporary Disability Benefits Law (New Jersey)

As is the case with New York State, New Jersey calls their off-the-job group disability “Temporary Disability Benefits” (TDB). New Jersey TDB coverage can be written through a private insurance carrier on condition that the corporation has 25 lives or more. If a corporation contains between 25 and 300 lives, the group is eligible for our Zurich-partnered E-Z T.D.B. program.
